Dates and Prices
Prices for booking the flat vary week to week depending on the time of season, we have provided a clear table to the left to show the pricing throughout 2010.
Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday but Christmas and New Year bookings commence on Wednesdays in 2010.
To allow for cleaning and linen change, the hire period is from 3pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure.
Price includes
:: Provision of all bed linen. (Towels/tea towels are not included but can be provided at a small additional cost).
*A refundable Damage Deposit of £100 is payable.
Booking
A non-returnable deposit of £100 per week is payable at
time of booking. The balance of the hire charge plus the Damage Deposit is payable 6 weeks before commencement of the hire period.
